Thank you for choosing Tekt Industries' Rapid Order System ("ROS") for quoting on your new and exciting project. These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for using the ROS web application. By accessing or using ROS, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ROS web application, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Order Processing Time
2.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Tekt Industries' services. By using ROS, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria.
2.2. Account Registration
To access certain features of ROS, you will be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Quotes and Services
3.1. Instant Quotes
ROS provides instant quotes where possible, and a means to facilitate manual quotes where not, for contract engineering and manufacturing services based on the information provided by users. Quotes are subject to change based on the accuracy of the information provided.
3.2. Service Agreements
Upon accepting a quote, users enter into a service agreement with Tekt Industries for the provision of contract engineering and / or manufacturing services, depending upon the services quoted.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1. Accuracy of Information
Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when using ROS. Tekt Industries is not responsible for inaccuracies in quotes resulting from incorrect or incomplete information being provided.
4.2. Compliance with Laws
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using ROS.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on ROS, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Tekt Industries and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tekt Industries is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of ROS or the provision of contract engineering and / or manufacturing services.
7. Modifications to Terms
Tekt Industries reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
8. Termination
Tekt Industries reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to ROS at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
